Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: October 5, 2026

1. Scope

These standards apply to Kingdom Study, the mobile application published by Kaddatechnologies Inc on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and to every feature inside it, including the community prayer wall, posts, comments, community groups, direct messages, profiles, and AI features. They apply to every person who uses Kingdom Study.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Kaddatechnologies Inc has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Kingdom Study strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material of any kind, including drawn, animated, or AI-generated imagery.
  • Grooming, meaning any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual contact or exploitation, whether in the app or elsewhere.
  • Sexualizing minors in text, images, video, or comments.
  • Sextortion, or threatening or coercing a minor to share sexual images or money.
  • Trafficking of minors, or advertising or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Contacting a minor with sexual messages, or asking a minor to move the conversation to another platform for that purpose.
  • Using Kingdom Study AI features to generate, describe, or request sexual content involving minors.

3. Who Can Use Kingdom Study

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kingdom Study. Accounts belonging to people under 13 are removed when we learn of them.

4. How We Prevent Harm

  • Content filtering: prayer requests shared to the community wall are checked against an objectionable content filter before they are published.
  • In-app reporting: users can report community prayer posts, other user profiles, and AI responses directly inside Kingdom Study. Reports go to our moderation queue for review.
  • Blocking: users can block any other user, which hides that person's content and stops further contact.
  • Human review: our team reviews every report. Reports involving the safety of a child are treated as the highest priority.
  • AI safeguards: our AI features run with safety settings that refuse sexual content, and any user can report an AI response that is inappropriate.

5. Enforcement

When we find content or behavior that violates these standards, we remove the content, permanently ban the account responsible, and preserve the relevant information as required by law.

6. Reporting to Authorities

Kaddatechnologies Inc complies with all applicable child safety laws. We report apparent child sexual abuse material and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as required under 18 U.S.C. 2258A, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

7. How to Report a Concern

Inside Kingdom Study, use the Report option on the content or the profile involved. You can also email our child safety contact at any time, whether or not you have a Kingdom Study account:

Please include the username of the account involved and a description of what you saw. Do not send copies of abusive images to us; describe them and where they appear, and we will locate them.
