3. How We Use Your Personal Data

4. Kingdom Study Mobile Application

Kaddatechnologies Inc. operates the Kingdom Study mobile application. This section describes what the app collects, how it collects that data, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

4.1 Data the App Collects

  • Account Information: name, email address, and profile photo, collected when you create an account.
  • Profile Data: bio, ministry information, interests, and church affiliation, collected when you fill out your profile.
  • User-Generated Content: posts, prayers, comments, notes, sermon notes, and messages you create in the app.
  • Attendance Data: check-in and check-out times for church events you attend.
  • Device and Usage Data: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, app interactions, session duration, IP address, crash reports, and performance analytics, collected automatically as you use the app.

4.2 How the App Uses This Data

The app uses this information to provide its features (social feed, prayer hub, sermon library, Bible study, courses, and devotionals), to personalize content and recommendations, to send notifications you request, to protect against fraud and unauthorized access, to improve performance, and to meet legal obligations. App data is stored and processed on Google Firebase infrastructure, governed by the Firebase Privacy Policy.

4.3 Artificial Intelligence Services

Kingdom Study offers optional AI features: AI Bible study chat, sermon question and answer, AI summaries, and personalized daily devotionals. When you use these features, some of your information is sent to third-party AI providers so they can generate a response:

  • The questions and messages you type into AI chats
  • Your first name and profile details (bio, interests, ministry, community)
  • Bible passages you select for study
  • Your sermon notes when you discuss a sermon with the AI
  • Short excerpts of your recent AI conversation, used for context
  • Your prayer topics and profile details, when preparing your daily devotional

These providers receive that data:

These providers process your data solely to return a response to the app. We do not sell your information, and we do not permit these providers to use your data for advertising. Nothing is shared with AI providers until you explicitly agree inside the app. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app under Settings, AI Data Sharing. When sharing is off, AI features are disabled and the rest of the app works normally.

4.4 Data Retention and Deletion

App data is retained while your account is active and removed within 30 days after account deletion, with secure backups purged within 90 days. You can delete your account inside the app under Settings, or request deletion by emailing privacy@kaddatechnologies.com.

5. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
